Job Description
- Responsible for taking guest order
- Maintain a clean and hygienic condition for all small wares and service area
- Obtain requested items from the storeroom
- Maintain excellent grooming and appearance standard at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Collect payments from customers
- Prepare accurate sales report
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems
- Report to management of irregularities and illegal activities
- Helping in any area of the location when circumstances dictate
